Delivery Charges

We charge Rs. 200 for orders under Rs.5999 and offer free delivery on orders over Rs.5999. Delivery all over Pakistan. We use Call Courier and MNP services to deliver our orders.

Cancelling my Order

We will do our best to process order cancellations (and/or changes) but our ability to do so depends on if an associate can “catch” the order before it is sent to our warehouse floor. This is the point at which the box is packed and set aside for shipping along with the rest of the orders received in the past 24+ hours. Please e-mail us as soon as possible for a cancellation request so we can determine if we are still able to process the cancellation. Email us at hello@mimobym.com with “Order Cancellation” as subject and your order ID.
